Grand Marshal: Laura Coates
Laura Coates—a St. Paul native and Law School alum—is the 2023 Homecoming Grand Marshal. She is a well-respected constitutional expert, attorney, journalist, author, and professor who is deeply dedicated to keeping Americans informed.
