ALL SEASON LONG FOR GOPHER HOME FOOTBALL

Join the UMAA for our Ski-U-Mania Pregame Parties at the McNamara Alumni Center before every home Gopher football game! Enjoy game day food, beverages, interactive games, and more. Parties are family friendly and will include INSIDE AND OUTSIDE options (weather permitting) to engage with and they begin 2 hours before the football games. These parties are open to all, and admission is FREE.

Private Pregame Room Rentals

Interested in setting up private pregame parties during Ski-U-Mania? McNamara has rooms for groups of 10-300 people to have a premium private experience on top of the public party. Please email macevents@umn.edu or call 612-624-9831 to inquire about availability set up a private party. Learn more.

Q: Is Ski-U-Mania free?

A: Yes! Ski-U-Mania is free and open to all. There is food and drink available for purchase as well as shopable items from the MN Alumni Market.

Q: Do I have to be an alumni or UMAA member to come to the party?

A: No! Once again this party is free and open to all that want to enjoy before Gopher football home games. The atmosphere is family-friendly with fun components for everyone.

Q: What kind of food is available?

A: There is a variety of food trucks available during the party with heavy to light options. Plus there is a full bar with signature cocktails, beer, wine, and other refreshments.

Q: Can I use a credit card?

A: Yes, credit/debit cards are accepted during the party. ATMs are available as well if you want to get cash.

Q: What activities are available at Ski-U-Mania?

A: There will be a changing mix of activities available from an interactive photo booth, to yard games, to face painting, to whiskey tasting. Some elements will be consistent and others will be unique to each week. There are also opportunities to win prizes from our Ski-U-Mania host and emcee and the UMAA's MN Alumni Market will be onsite with premium alumni-owned game day items for sale.

Q: Are there discounts for football tickets with Ski-U-Mania?

A: Thanks to the Alumni Association, alumni can save on Single Game Football Tickets AND members of the Alumni Association can receive an additional discount for the Homecoming game! Access the ticket discounts by visiting UMNAlumni.org/gophers.

Q: What time does Ski-U-Mania start?

A: The party starts 2 hours before kick-off. However during Homecoming, the party starts 3 hours before the game.

Q: Where is Ski-U-Mania located?

A: The McNamara Alumni Center at: 200 SE Oak St, Minneapolis, MN 55455, just across the street from Huntington Bank Stadium.

Q: Is there parking at Ski-U-Mania?

A: There is no dedicated parking for Ski-U-Mania so you will need to find parking in one of the many options available from the University. There are pre-pay options for parking if you would like. You can learn more about gameday parking by visiting https://gophersports.com/fbgameday.
