As people transition into their middle and later career phases, they often begin to think about career satisfaction differently…they look more strongly to having a sense of purpose and meaning. Some questions are: What do you want to do, where might you want to do it? Do you want to stay in the same role/organization and if so, how do you stay relevant? The challenge is, how do you translate all your experience into a new or re-fashioned career?  We use a framework – Clarity, Confidence, and Courage -- to integrate what you know about yourself and come up with possibilities to pursue.  Best suited for those who identify as late-career or 20+ years. Join us for a lively, interactive session

We will cover:
  • How to leverage your experience and maximize your strengths
  • How to overcome some of the challenges of being an older worker
  • How to sell yourself as an experienced worker in this virtual age
  • What we (at Burke&Penn) have learned focusing on people over 50
