Mission: We aim to proactively map places in the world that are most vulnerable to crisis before a crisis happens. From the comfort of a mobile phone, MapSwipe allows any individual to support humanitarian response

Capacity: No limit on capacity

Activity: Volunteers will download the MapSwipe app on their smart phones, review the very short tutorial and then complete tasks by swiping through satellite imagery of areas that need mapping. The data collected through volunteers help map vulnerable areas in more detail.

Location: This project is virtual and can be completed in any location. We ask that volunteers spend at least one hour on MapSwipe.
