Volunteer Form

Become a Golden Volunteer

Join a community of volunteers who use their time and talents to directly impact the U of M Alumni Association (UMAA). Available only to UMAA members, this notable community: volunteers at UMAA events and experiences, previews new programs and products, support special UMAA projects, and so much more! Give back to the U of M community through this unique opportunity as a UMAA member.

Volunteer with an Alumni Network

There are a variety of U of M alumni networks across the globe. Each network engages alumni within their region or with the same interest. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to support the network's efforts to engage alumni through individual programs or serving on the leadership team.

Volunteer on Day of Service

Since 2015, over 3,000 alumni world-wide have come together in the spirit of school pride and community service. Become a Day of Service volunteer and serve side by side with your fellow alumni! Events occur throughout the month of April.

Mentor

Mentoring is a great way to apply your knowledge and make a difference. There are two easy ways to become a mentor: Join the Maroon & Gold Network, where you can give career-related advice to students and alumni, or join a Collegiate Mentor Program, where you'll be matched with a student.

Serve on our Board of Directors

Nominate yourself or others to potentially become a future UMAA Board Member and help shape the direction of the organization. Learn More about our Board.

Serve on the Student & Recent Alumni Council

Graduates from the last 10 years have an opportunity to support the Alumni Association by providing advice on how we engage recent graduates.
